TTHome lottery is a play to win a home lottery system that charges N2,000 for a single ticket to be included in the drawing to win a fully built home. The winner of this lottery is entitled to take possession of the fully built home subject to terms and conditions.

All tickets must be purchased online at our website for now.

This is a number game. If you are lucky enough, you only need 1 ticket to win but you can significantly increase your chances of winning by purchasing more tickets.

Random selection from a pool of transaction_id.

Each lottery drawing must meet a minimum number of tickets sold before automatically drawing the winning number.

Anyone over the age of 21 (verified can buy a ticket at our website and have their payment transaction id entered into the lottery drawing to win a home. All purchases are final. You can buy as many tickets as you wish but only 1 ticket will win at any given time. You must provide your proof of purchase (ticket transaction_id) which you will obtain via email from us.

There is no limit to the number of tickets any one person can purchase.

Each winner is responsible for any tax and fees associated with winning the home. TTHome will not be responsible in any way for payment or determination of taxes.

You will get an SMS alert via your phone number or email via the email you provided during your purchase of the TTHome lottery ticket.

Yes. The winner of the ticket can transfer or sell at their discretion.

No. We simply give you the keys and documentation for the transfer of ownership. Any legal fees related to the transfer of ownership is to be borne by the winner.

Ticket will be forfeited if not claimed within 60 days.

60 days from the date of lottery drawing.

Yes. Fully Built and Move-in Ready. Winner will be responsible for all utility payment post winning handover.

Yes. Utilities, Government Fees, Community Fees etc are all the responsibility of the winner.

Proceeds from ticket sales will be used to purchase land and build new homes for future lottery.

The Lottery Business is being licensed, regulated by the Oyo State Gaming Board.

Yes. It is a condition for claiming the home. We need to document winners for regulatory and audit purposes.

Our lottery platform is secured with the latest security technology, and we keep only the minimum data set needed to operate our platform. All transactions are kept encrypted.

Yes, you can purchase ticket but if you are the lucky winner, you must be present or represented in Oyo State to take ownership of the property. You are welcome to appoint a local attorney licensed to practice in Oyo State.
